Product Manufacturing and Delivery
Product manufacturing and delivery usually takes approximately 5–9 business days. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you via the email address you provided. During holidays, delivery may take 10–14 business days.
Delivery is carried out via LP Express, Omniva, or DPD parcel terminals. Delivery costs are provided on the order page when selecting the desired delivery method. For orders of €50 or more, a special offer applies – free delivery throughout Lithuania.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days from the delivery or receipt of the product, the Buyer may:
Exchange the item for a different size;
Exchange the item for a different product;
Request a refund for the purchased item.
Important: Refunds are issued only for the purchased product; any shipping costs incurred when returning the product are not reimbursed.
When returning products, the following conditions must be met:
The returned item must be in its original, intact packaging, with authentic labels, protective bags, and the same accessories that were included with the product.
The item must be unused and undamaged by the Buyer (except in cases of defective products).
The item must retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc., except in cases of defective products). Changes to the packaging necessary to inspect the product are not considered significant alterations.
The returned item must have the same components and accessories as received by the Buyer.
Rules for Product Returns and Exchanges
Defective products are repaired, and faulty products are replaced or refunded in accordance with the Order and Exchange Rules approved by the Lithuanian Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, Order No. 217.
To return or exchange a product under the rules stated above, the Buyer must fill out a product return form.
The Buyer can exercise this right within 14 days from the delivery date by notifying the Seller according to the prescribed procedure. The Seller has the right to refuse the return if the Buyer does not follow the return procedure outlined in this section.
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy dated June 29, 2001, and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy dated August 17, 2001.
Refunds are always transferred by bank transfer only to the payer’s bank account within 7 business days from the day the returned product is received.
Returned products must be placed in an additional protective package for transport (e.g., box or protective envelope).
If the customer used an additional discount (e.g., free delivery) and then cancels (returns) one or more items from that order, the Seller reserves the right to deduct the value of the applied discount from the refunded amount. For example, if free delivery was applied to orders over €50, but the return reduces the order total below €50, the free delivery offer is canceled, and the delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Return Process
To return a product, the Buyer must fill out the product return form and send it to the Seller via email: info@deleponte.com.

The Buyer must inform the Seller via info@deleponte.com about the shipment and provide the parcel tracking number. Failure to provide the tracking number may delay the processing of the return.
The Seller undertakes to verify within 3 business days of receiving the returned product that it meets all return criteria (i.e., no damage, no missing parts, original packaging, etc.) and, if all criteria are met, to refund the amount to the payer’s or Buyer’s bank account.
Important: If the order was paid by bank transfer, the refund will only be issued to the payer’s account.
If the returned product does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to the Buyer via the nearest LP Express, Omniva, or DPD terminal, and the Buyer will be informed by email. The Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for the return shipping costs.
